Gil Garcia

Gil has been involved in many aspects of the real estate industry for the past 15 years. He began his career as a real estate appraiser, where he practiced until 2008. After the market crashed, he began property preservation, where he did many different tasks such as lock changes, winterization, clean-outs, window boarding and minor repairs. He held a position for many years working for banks doing occupancy inspections. His current position is as a residential Realtor®. His focus is on helping clients achieve the dream of home ownership. From start to finish, and throughout the process, he is always a phone call or text away.
